winterwear dilemma

So here in Toronto we face the annual crisis of what on earth to wear during the 7, sometimes 8, months of brutal winter we get - and we mean winter with a capitol W. Every year, we search for a coat which will allow us to look our best while remaining alive and functional. If we could wear a fab coat like Julia's (above) with bare legs and ankle boots on a daily basis we would, but the weather just won't allow it. We need to get creative here. It's tough to find a rockin winter coat that works on a daily basis. We're talking EVERYDAY and note, we need serious warmth. So for now, the search is on...
